For this to happen, we must first feel satisfied and at peace with ourselves, having strong self-esteem.
If we love ourselves:
- Others will follow
- We are strong enough to help others
Poor self-esteem leads to bad choices and bad decisions:
- To feel that no one will like us
- To feel that we won't be able to make friends
- To feel needy, rather than self-sufficient
