- Focusing Exercises(grounding skills)
- Go to my safe place(bed with Rabbi)
- Journal on computer
- Exercise(walk)
- Go to an N.A. meeting
- Write three good things that happened today
- Write three goood things I did today
- Spend time with my daughter
- Focus on and appreciate what is happening right now. (Remember and listen to the theme of the play,"Rent")
- Listen to music
- Set boundaries: Allow myself to say no.
- Put all appointments in my calendar so I won't miss them
- Make lists of what I need to do and just focus on doing one thing at a time
- Avoid family of origin
- Don't drink or use drugs(Call Barbara first)
- Don't hurt myself (Call Barbara first)

Thank You for this day.
Take my will and my life,
Guide me in my recovery,
