Daily Action Plan

What I must do everday to keep myself feeling alright

  • Eat at least 2 meals everyday
  • Drink one bottle of water from the freezer
  • Don't drink/use drugs
  • Exercise/Walk 3-5 times weekly
    • Goal: walk 20 minutes everyday or exercise indoors
  • Go to NA at least twice weekly
  • Go to Action House at least four times weekly
  • Have visitation with Ahyoka every week
  • Take all meds as prescribed (My current medical hx and current meds)
  • Journal daily(either feelings or creative writing)
  • Call Lexie
  • Call Barbara
  • Talk time to meditate/Talk to my higher power
  • Fill out daily symptom log on computer

Would it be good to

  • Spend extra time with Ahyoka
  • Go to NA Activities(Intergroup Unity Meeting, dances, retreats, etc)
  • Clean the House
  • Buy groceries
  • Be kind to myself by treating my body to lotion, a massage, etc.
  • Set appointment with case manager, psychiatrist, or doctor
  • Do laundry
  • Read email; Keep in touch with friends
  • Draw or color
  • Work on computer programming/math/html programming
  • Listen to soft music/fun music/loud music, depending on my mood
  • Take a nap/time out
