  • Use Deep Breathing to calm myself
  • Call Barbara
  • Talk to someone about my anxiety
  • Note it on my symptoms list so the doctor will be aware of it
Irritability
  • Remove myself from the situation: go out and smoke, or go somewhere to calm down
  • write about what's bothering me or talk to someone about it
  • Note it on symptoms log
Negative/Automatic Thoughts
  • go over automatic thoughts list and identify which ones I am using
  • Use self affirmations to negate negative thoughts
